Where confidence takes root.

A new hairline shouldn't mean a new gamble.

A small network of hair restoration clinics in Turkey, each one checked against a written standard. Before you book, you'll know who does each stage of your procedure, and where there's a choice, what it costs. Done properly, this works. The whole job is making sure yours is one of the ones done properly.

My Story

I have had two hair transplants. The first one failed.

I have published the photographs, including the donor area scarring the failed procedure left behind. Almost nobody shows that, because it is the part of this industry that does not sell anything. It is also the part that would have changed my mind if I had seen it before I booked.

Two procedures, day by day and month by month, with what I got wrong the first time and what I asked differently the second.

The Problem I Kept Running Into

Turkey isn't short of clinics. It's short of straight answers.

Turkey performs more hair transplants than anywhere else in the world, and that scale has built genuine expertise. It also built a market so saturated that even people who cover this industry professionally can't agree how many clinics operate there.

In a market that size, quality is almost impossible to judge from outside. Patients routinely don't find out until after they've paid whether a surgeon performed their procedure or a technician they never met.

I'm not trying to fix that by listing more clinics. I'm fixing it by listing very few, and by answering the one question that separates them: who is actually treating me, in writing, before you book a flight.

"The scale that makes Turkey efficient is the same scale that makes it hard to trust from the outside looking in."

The Standard

Four things every clinic has to meet.

The standard is not about credentials or technique. It measures how a patient is actually treated: told the truth before they book, given the time the job needs, and looked after once they are home. A clinic earns its place by meeting all four, wherever in Turkey it is, and by the time it is on my list the questions you would not have known to ask have already been asked.

Named

Clinical roles, in writing, before you book

Who does your consultation, hairline design, extraction and implantation. Named, in writing, before you commit. Where a clinic offers a choice, you're told what the difference costs.

Verified

Accreditation confirmed, not claimed

Confirmed directly with the regulator before listing, never taken from a clinic's website.

Written

Aftercare you can hold in your hand

Washing, activity, medication, and a real contact route once you're home. In writing, before you travel.

Visited

Seen in person, not on a video call

I go myself. The facility, the equipment, the team. No visit, no place in the network.

How It Works

Nothing is paid until you've seen a quote and said yes.

Four stages, and you can stop at any point before the deposit without owing anything. Nothing is rushed, and nothing happens without you agreeing to it first.

01

You get in touch

A short form or an email. You'll hear back the same day.

02

I call you back

What your donor area actually supports, and whether surgery is right at all. If it isn't, I'll say so.

03

You get a written quote

From a clinic matched to your case, with named clinical roles included as standard.

04

You decide

Only then do flights and a deposit follow, and treatment on a date you chose. From there it is a long day, a short trip, and then a year of it quietly getting better.

The other side of it

And when it works, it is worth it.

I have spent a lot of this site telling you to slow down, ask harder questions, and consider that surgery might not be the right answer yet. All of that stands. But it would be dishonest to leave it there, because my second procedure worked, and I am glad I had it.

It is smaller than the adverts suggestNobody treats you differently. Nothing about your life changes. The transformation stories are overdone and you are right to be sceptical of them.

And bigger than you expectI stopped checking mirrors. I stopped managing photographs and choosing where to stand. I got back the attention I had been quietly spending on hiding it.

The difference between the one that failed and the one that worked was not money. Both cost about the same. It was knowing what to ask before I paid.

Guides

Everything worth knowing, before you decide.

The three below are the ones most people need first. There are eighteen in total, grouped by where you are in the process.

Jon Corke, Founder of Resolute Hair

Founder

"I trained as a nurse before I ever thought about hair restoration. My first experience went wrong simply because there were too many options and no real way to tell them apart, so I chose poorly. My second time, I knew exactly what to look for, and got it right. I want other people to get their confidence back the way I did, through the right choice, not a gamble."

I'm building the network I wish had existed when I was the one deciding, and size and price were never really the point. I just wanted to know who was actually going to be treating me before I got on the plane. That's what this is.

As a patient. Twice. The first time I chose the way everyone does, from a website and a price, and it went wrong.
Inside the industry. Eight years, agent through to director. I've been inside more clinics than any patient will ever see.
As a clinician. Senior critical care nurse, Australian emergency and trauma department.
